Apple sign-in
When you choose Sign in with Apple, we verify Apple’s account identifier and receive the email address you choose to share (including a private relay address), and your name when first provided. These details are used to create and access your Indivitech account. Apple authentication is processed by Apple; we do not receive your Apple password. Accounts are not automatically merged by matching email addresses.
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026
1. Controller and scope
INDIVITECH CORP. (the “Company”) operates the Indivitech website at indivitech.net. This policy explains how the website handles personal information when you sign in with Google. Features that collect additional information will require an updated notice before they are introduced.
2. Information collected and purpose
When you choose Google Sign-In, the website receives your Google account identifier, verified email address, and display name. It stores the Google account identifier, display name, and account creation time in the developer account database. The verified email address is stored with the account and refreshed on Google sign-in. If you complete developer registration, it also stores your chosen developer ID, password in plaintext, optional telephone number, country code and country name, credit balance, and generated account key and IV to maintain your account and provide developer features. It does not request access to your Gmail, contacts, or Google Drive. Server access logs, such as IP address, request time, and browser information, may be generated by the hosting server for security and troubleshooting. Web server access logs are retained for three months under our operating policy. Access records of administrators and other personnel to the personal information processing system are retained for two years.
3. How information is collected and retained
Information is received from Google after you consent to sign in. Account records are held while your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting us at the address below; we will delete the account record without undue delay after verifying the request, unless retention is required by applicable law. Records subject to a legal retention requirement are kept separately for the required period and then deleted. Web server access logs are deleted after three months, and administrator access records for the personal information processing system are deleted after two years, unless applicable law requires a different period.
4. Google Sign-In and sharing
Google processes information as a separate provider under its own privacy policy. The website uses Google Sign-In to verify your identity and does not sell your Google account information. The Company does not disclose account records to other parties except with your consent or where required by law. If external hosting or other processors handle account records, the Company will provide the legally required details before that processing.
5. Cookies and local storage
A secure, HTTP-only session cookie named indivitech_session keeps you signed in. It expires when the browser session ends; signing out also ends the server session. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but sign-in may then fail. A session storage value remembers your selected site language during the browser session. Google Sign-In may use Google cookies under Google’s own policies.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your information. Send a request from your registered email address to the contact below. We may verify your identity before acting and will respond according to applicable law. You can also manage the connection to this app in your Google Account settings.
7. Security and deletion
The website uses HTTPS, secure and HTTP-only session cookies, server-side verification of Google identity tokens, and restricted server storage. When an account record is deleted, it is removed from the active database; any legally retained records are deleted after their required retention period.
