Terms of Service

1. Company and agreement
These terms govern the Indivitech website, the free development tool, and any Indi Hosting service offered by INDIVITECH CORP. (the “Company”). An account is created when you choose Google Sign-In. The paid hosting agreement is formed only when a plan, billing method and price are shown and you confirm a successful payment or a separate written order. Merely creating an account or selecting a plan does not create a charge.
2. Services and their scope
The Indivitech development tool and access to available source files are offered without a development-tool fee. The Company may offer a separate free shared environment subject to its posted limits. Operating a system on paid physical server infrastructure is a separate monthly Indi Hosting service. The plan selected at purchase defines the available projects, resources, features and limits. The Company will show changes to plans before they apply to a new billing period.
3. Fees and payment
Monthly hosting prices and included resources are displayed on the hosting and plan pages. Traffic does not incur a separate usage-based overage charge under the advertised plans. Extra AI editing credits, additional hardware or other optional items are charged only after their price and terms are shown and you separately agree. Where checkout is available, you may choose monthly automatic renewal or a single one-month payment; the selected method and next charge date must be displayed before payment. Until checkout is connected, the website does not charge for plan selection.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for lawful activity under your Indivitech account. Notify the Company promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, interfere with servers, upload malicious code, or gain unauthorized access.
5. Customer projects and source code
You remain responsible for the content, data and code that you or your collaborators upload or create for a project, and for having the rights to use them. You grant the Company only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and deliver your project while providing the service. Availability of Indivitech source files does not by itself change the license terms applicable to any third-party components; check the notices accompanying them.
6. Operation, changes and interruption
The Company will make reasonable efforts to operate the service reliably, maintain security and notify users of planned maintenance when practical. Emergencies, faults, network or infrastructure events can interrupt service. If paid service cannot be provided, the Company will handle extensions or refunds under the Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law. Shared resources and connection speeds may vary with concurrent usage.
7. Restrictions and suspension
The Company may temporarily restrict an account or project when needed to address a security threat, unlawful activity, serious harm to other users, or unpaid service after the paid period ends. Where practical, the Company will explain the reason and allow a chance to resolve it. The Company will not use this clause to remove rights guaranteed by law.
8. Cancellation and personal information
You can stop renewing paid hosting or request early termination according to the separate Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy. An account deletion request can be sent to indivitech66@gmail.com. Before deleting a project or ending a paid period, export any data you need. Account information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability and governing rules
Each party is responsible for loss caused by its own breach or unlawful conduct under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Korean law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to a user elsewhere. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
